These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between ta10 and its users. By accessing the ta10 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Our services are available to legally eligible individuals only.

1. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on the ta10 platform, you automatically agree to and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all adult users in Bangladesh — meaning anyone aged 18 or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from using any ta10 service, and ta10 reserves the right to verify age at any time. In addition to these terms, ta10's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual bonus terms may also apply and form part of the overall agreement. Where any provision conflicts with applicable laws in Bangladesh, the relevant law shall prevail. ta10 reserves the right to decline any service request without providing a reason.

2. Account Creation & Security

When registering with ta10, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure. Each individual may hold only one account — multiple accounts are not permitted, and all associated accounts and balances may be forfeited if this rule is breached. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential and must not share them with any third party. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the ta10 support team immediately. As part of the KYC verification process, ta10 may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time, and failure to provide this within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3. User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

As a ta10 platform user, you confirm that you are using the service entirely of your own free will and for entertainment purposes. Fraud, deception, hacking, or any other illegal activity on the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through bots, automated software, or third-party tools will result in permanent account closure. Discriminatory, threatening, or abusive behavior toward other users is a direct violation of ta10's community standards. Promoting political, religious, or socially controversial content on the ta10 platform is not permitted. Money laundering or the use of illegal funds in any financial transaction is strictly prohibited, and ta10 is obligated to report any such suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

4. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

All financial transactions on ta10 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals, and every transaction is processed through secure, encrypted channels. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are listed on the platform's dedicated payment page, and ta10 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Withdrawal requests may take up to 72 hours to process, though they are typically completed sooner. If applicable wagering requirements tied to a bonus have not been met, a withdrawal may be delayed or cancelled. ta10 reserves the right to temporarily hold funds during an investigation of any suspicious transaction, and large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

  • All transactions are conducted in BDT (৳).
  • Transactions to third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers are not permitted — only the registered account holder's own account may be used.
  • Ta10 is under no obligation to refund deposited funds if an account is closed due to a terms violation.
  • If you notice any errors or discrepancies in a transaction, please report them to our support team within 24 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Ta10 is committed to delivering the highest quality entertainment through its services; however, ta10 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party errors. Any financial losses incurred while betting or gaming on the platform are entirely at the user's own risk. ta10 does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and may temporarily suspend services at any time for maintenance or upgrades. ta10 may suspend or permanently close any account without warning in cases of terms violations, evidence of fraud, or legal requirements. In the event of account closure, ta10 will decide on the return of any valid balance in accordance with its own policies, and balances may be forfeited where a terms violation is involved. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team, and any applicable balance will be returned where possible.

Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or commercially using any ta10 content without written permission is strictly prohibited. The ta10 platform may contain links to third-party game providers, payment processors, or other services — these third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and ta10 is not responsible for their conduct. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
